Our Values

Faithful service before God, practical work before people.

As children of God, we are willing to offer our strength in this broken world. We seek to serve with humility, to please our God, and to do what is pleasing to Him.

We hold fast to the foundation of reverence, honesty, covenant faithfulness, self-restraint, and service.

Who We Are

We are prayerfully building a faith-based reconstruction initiative for practical service, stewardship, and community support.

Faith foundation

Faith Foundation

Our work begins with reverence before God, humility in service, honesty in records, and faithfulness in what has been entrusted to us.

Church guidance and fellowship

Church Guidance

We seek to work under church guidance, spiritual accountability, and disciplined stewardship.

Service and public benefit

Nonprofit Principle

We seek to operate by nonprofit-oriented principles. This work is not built for private gain, but for faithful service and public-benefit reconstruction.

This initiative is being built step by step with prayer, discipline, and proper legal order. We do not claim formal nonprofit or tax-exempt status unless and until the proper legal structure and recognition are established.

Engineering Practice

Project practice, records, checklists, risk control, and accountable delivery.

We do not rely on slogans. We seek to let project practice, written records, risk control, technical coordination, and accountable delivery speak.

Our engineering practice covers project management capability, client-needs customization, early-stage planning, design consulting, construction supervision, EPC contracting support, environmental and resource reuse, supply chain coordination, and community operation and maintenance.

Project Management Capability

Scope definition, milestone planning, organization structure, schedule control, cost coordination, procurement interface, risk tracking, reporting, and handover management.

Client-Needs Customization

Translate real client needs into practical service packages, technical requirements, budget logic, procurement scope, delivery steps, and accountable records.

Early-Stage Planning

Support feasibility review, site condition study, risk identification, project phasing, implementation path, resource planning, and preliminary delivery strategy.

Design Consulting

Support design review, drawing coordination, MEP interface review, BIM coordination, constructability review, and commissioning-ready design control.

Construction Supervision

Support quality inspection, safety checks, material acceptance, hidden work review, daily site records, issue closure, testing, and acceptance documentation.

EPC Contracting Support

Coordinate design, procurement, construction, schedule, cost, quality, safety, commissioning, documentation, and handover as one delivery system.

Environmental and Resource Reuse

Assess what can be repaired, reused, upgraded, transferred, repurposed, or locally supported before unnecessary demolition or replacement.

Supply Chain Capability

Connect needs assessment, product selection, supplier screening, cost comparison, technical verification, logistics coordination, acceptance records, and post-delivery support.

Community Operation and Maintenance

Support churches, NGOs, communities, schools, clinics, shelters, and local facilities with maintenance planning, repair coordination, records, and long-term service support.

Delivery Structure

A U.S.-based contracting and project management platform supported by China-based technical, supply chain, and delivery teams.

01 · U.S. Contracting Entity

Nehemiah Reconstruction Supply Chain is intended to serve as the U.S.-based contracting, payment-receiving, compliance, and project management entity for reconstruction-related projects.

02 · China-Based Delivery Team

China-based professional, technical, supply chain, and delivery team members support implementation through project-specific employment, service, subcontract, or local partner arrangements.

03 · Reconstruction Implementation

For Ukraine and other post-war or disaster-affected countries, implementation is carried out subject to lawful contracts, local licensing, work authorization, safety conditions, insurance, and responsible delivery controls.

Selected Project References

These project references represent completed works of our China-based professional and delivery team members. For reconstruction projects in Ukraine and other post-war or disaster-affected countries, Nehemiah Reconstruction Supply Chain is intended to serve as the U.S.-based contracting, payment-receiving, compliance, and project management entity. China-based technical, supply chain, and delivery teams may support implementation through project-specific employment, service, subcontract, or local partner arrangements, subject to lawful contracts, tax and labor compliance, local licensing, work authorization, sanctions screening, safety conditions, insurance, and responsible delivery controls.

Client Focus

Client needs, risk control, compliance awareness, and practical delivery paths.

We seek to help churches, NGOs, communities, local partners, and reconstruction teams turn unclear needs into practical, lawful, record-based, and risk-controlled solutions.

Client Needs

We first clarify what the client actually needs, who will use the facility, what local conditions exist, what budget is available, what risks must be controlled, and what outcome should be delivered.

Risk Control

We identify risks in scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, design interface, supplier reliability, logistics, site readiness, testing, acceptance, and long-term operation.

Compliance Management

We pay attention to licensing, local contractor requirements, procurement records, safety documentation, customs, sanctions, tax, nonprofit-use restrictions, insurance, and project delivery responsibilities.

Practical Solution Path

Our solution path is practical: assessment, planning, supplier comparison, design review, local partner coordination, procurement records, delivery tracking, inspection, testing, handover, and follow-up.

We do not provide legal, tax, immigration, or licensed professional advice. Where required, clients should consult qualified local professionals.

Lessons Learned

We respect the lessons that come from real project difficulties.

We do not pretend that projects are simple. Real engineering work teaches humility. Many failures begin with unclear needs, weak records, poor coordination, delayed materials, incomplete drawings, or unmanaged handover risks.

Unclear Scope

When project scope is unclear, cost, schedule, quality, responsibility, and acceptance can quickly become disputed. Clear scope and written confirmation protect trust.

Design and Site Gaps

Drawings, site conditions, embedded parts, equipment interfaces, access routes, power capacity, and installation readiness must be checked before execution.

Supply Chain Delays

Materials, equipment, supplier changes, logistics, customs, and delivery sequence must be tracked with records, not managed only by verbal promises.

Incomplete Records

Without written records, photos, inspection documents, meeting minutes, procurement evidence, and acceptance files, good work can still become hard to prove.

These lessons shape our method: define the need, confirm the scope, check the risks, record the process, coordinate the supply chain, protect quality, and close the project responsibly.
